For GPs and referring clinicians

Referring a patient to Santis is straightforward

Our consultant urological surgeons see patients across London and the South East. Here's how to refer, what we see, and how we keep you and your patient in the loop.

At a glance

  • Consultant-led from the very first appointment
  • Three consultant urological surgeons
  • Clinics across London and the South East, plus remote appointments

How to refer

Three simple steps. If anything is unclear, our team is happy to help.

  1. Write a short referral letter

Include presenting symptoms, relevant history, recent blood results such as PSA, any imaging and current medications.

  2. Send it to our team

Our phone, email and postal details are on the Contact page. Use whichever suits your practice.

  3. We arrange the appointment

Your patient is offered an initial consultation: a 30-minute meeting with a Santis consultant to discuss test results and treatment options.

Patients can also book themselves online. If they're insured, it's worth them checking with their insurer before the first appointment.
