We'll confirm your appointment details, including the date, time and where you'll be seen. If anything needs changing, just get in touch.

Bring a list of any medicines you take, recent test results or letters, and your insurer's authorisation details if you're using health insurance.

Write down your symptoms and anything you'd like to ask. Your consultant will take the time to explain your options clearly.
